GENERAL: The owners of the Tiny Home are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Additionally, the owners are not liable for damage to personal property, including vehicles, due to exposure to inclement weather or the rugged rural settings. Guests are liable for any damage to the Tiny Home, surrounding land and assets and/or failure to properly exit the home (e.g., failure to close windows, lock the door etc.,). By booking with us you recognise and accept this responsibility. It is recommended to keep the door and loft window closed at all times so wildlife, bugs or insects can't find their way inside. Smoking is not allowed inside our Tiny Home but is permitted outside only. Booked guests only allowed at our accommodation - no visitors or pets permitted at any time. Guests must report any inoperative or defective equipment or any breakages to the land owners immediately and once advised, the owners will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made, as soon as possible.
CAMPFIRES: The fire-pit will be set up ready for your stay. All campfires must be contained within the designated fire pit area and the guest is responsible for complying with local fire regulations and general safety considerations. Guests must completely extinguish the fire before leaving the site or going to bed. The land owners reserve the right to ban a campfire at any time regardless of local weather conditions. If it is windy, guests must not light a fire under any circumstance. Any guest who lights a fire during a fire ban period or after they have been instructed not to by the land owners, may be removed from the property and will not be refunded any portion of their stay.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT: Check in is from 3.00pm - please park in the designated area. Departure time is before or at 11.00am sharp. Our cleaners require access to the property from 11.00am. Please contact us prior to your arrival if you need to leave the property after 11.00am. We cannot guarantee late check-outs, but we will try out best!.
COVID-19 UPDATE & POLICY: The health and well-being of our guests is our highest priority. It's all about seclusion here and although we do live on the property, we offer a self check-in process (lock box) with no interaction with anyone, except the odd cow!! Here at Tiny Home ... BIG Views our cleaners continue to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and take extra care to wipe down high frequency touch points (e.g., handles, switches, locks etc.,), as well as wearing gloves while cleaning. Our cleaners use anti-bacterial cleaning products and all linen is washed using an anti-bacterial detergent. Hand sanitiser is available for your use, during your stay. We continue to monitor updates and recommendations from State health Authorities and the Australia Government and we will be in touch with you if there is anything you need to know, that may affect your stay.
COVID-19 CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY: Given the current situation with Covid, if you have a booking with Tiny Home ... BIG Views that is impacted by government restrictions (e.g., lockdowns, stay at home orders etc.), or if you are feeling unwell or exhibiting cold and flue like symptoms, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tinyhomebigviews.com and we will re-schedule your booking or provide you with a credit that you can use at any time within the next 12 months.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please notify us as soon as possible, if you need to cancel or amend your booking. If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before arrival date, 100% of paid prepayments are refundable. 0% refundable if cancelled after (subject to exceptions e.g., Covid-19 update and policy above). Any other arrangements is at the owners discretion. In the unlikely event we need to make any changes to your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the change or if necessary, the need to cancel your booking. If it is necessary to cancel your booking , we will refund the full balance of any money you have paid to us.
